With great enthusiasm, we celebrate International Year of Chemistry 2011 at a time when our department is entering a new era riding on accomplishments in high arenas in recent times . To commemorate our achievements, we are organizing a two-day National Symposium on "New Horizons in Chemistry" on October 3-4, 2011.
The
symposium is aimed at providing state-of-the-art review of the recent
research in Chemistry and to project future directions by distinguished
Indian scientists and selected faculty of our department. The symposium will also show case the research efforts of the department through poster presentations by the students.
